Terms and Conditions :

1. Medical Wellness packages should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
2. Payment through the Brahealthcare website is made by bank transfer
3. If you postpone it on schedule, packages must be used within 1 month of purchase and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for other items or services, or redeemed for cash.
4. Any service that is considered an “add-on” while on site can be paid for in cash or by bank transfer.
5. Appointments for Health Check-Ups must be made at least 3 working days in advance and any changes to appointments must be made 1 day in advance.
6. You can change or postpone your Medical Wellness Package up to 1 week before your arrival date and your payment will be adjusted to the last package price you selected. Any excess over the package price will be refunded on arrival.
7. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for Medical Wellness package reservations cancelled less than 1 week in advance and Health Check-Up package reservations cancelled less than 1 day in advance.
8. Brahealthcare reserves the right to change packages (including prices) at any time without notice and to change terms and conditions or cancel any packages and promotions without notice.
